The Icogenex Benefits Program is designed to provide financial protection and security to employees and their families.
Health Insurance: Icogenex provides medical, dental and vision insurance for full time employees and all eligible dependents. Icogenex pays the entire monthly premium for each plan.
Life Insurance: Employees receive Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance with an option to purchase additional life insurance coverage on a voluntary basis.
Flexible Benefit Plan: Icogenex's Flex-Plan offers an innovative way for employees to pay for healthcare and dependent care expenses with "before-tax" dollars.
401(k) Savings Plan: Our 401(k) plan is a tax-deferred savings arrangement under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. This program is designed to encourage employees to save regularly toward retirement on a tax-deferred basis. Funds are facilitated by Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
Stock Options: The Icogenex Stock Option Program provides employees with the opportunity to have an ownership interest in Icogenex. Employees receive stock options in an amount appropriate to their position and time of hire in the life of the company.
Vacation and Holidays: Beginning their date of hire, Icogenex employees accrue three weeks of vacation per year. Vacation may be carried over, subject to a maximum accrual of six weeks. In addition, Icogenex observes 10 paid holidays per year. Three of these are floating holidays that may be used on the specified day or any time after.
Sick Leave is accrued at the rate of eight hours per month, up to 24 days.
Costco Cards are provided annually for all full-time employees at Icogenex.
